Compensation, Data Integrity Analyst
OneStream Software
• Conduct regular audits of HR data across systems, including UKG, ATS, Pave, and benefits platforms. • Support ongoing data hygiene efforts for people data. • Collaborate with HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and Finance teams. • Own survey participation and management, bonus administration, compensation audits, and benchmarking. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive people and HRIS data.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, HRIS, or a related analytical role.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting Compensation or Total Rewards programs.
- Experience working with data in systems such as HRIS platforms preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, formulas, and data cleanup.
