Role Description We are seeking an experienced Cellular RAN Design & Construction Scoping Project Manager to lead the engineering execution process from approved RF Design Sheets (RFDS) through the development of complete, construction-ready engineering packages for RAN head-end deployments supporting In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). This role serves as the technical bridge between RF Engineering, Architecture & Engineering (A&E), Project Management, Construction, venue stakeholders, and carrier partners. Your work will directly reduce change orders, improve construction quality, accelerate deployment schedules, and ensure successful first-time-right installations across complex in-building wireless infrastructure projects. Qualifications - 5+ years of wireless telecommunications experience in RAN deployment, wireless construction engineering, Architecture & Engineering (A&E), site development, construction scoping, or network implementation - Strong technical experience supporting Ericsson and/or Nokia RAN platforms - Experience supporting major U.S. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Dish Wireless, and/or US Cellular - Demonstrated experience converting approved RF Design Sheets (RFDS) into construction-ready engineering packages and Construction Drawings (CDs) - Strong understanding of wireless entitlement, zoning, permitting, lease requirements, structural engineering coordination, and construction documentation - Experience producing construction Scopes of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), installation standards, and engineering deliverables - Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure, DC power distribution, grounding, equipment installation practices, and wireless construction methodologies - Required experience supporting In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), including RAN head-end infrastructure, venue-based wireless deployments, and neutral host environments - Proficiency with Bluebeam, CAD viewers, Microsoft Excel, and telecom project management tools. Experience with iBwave is preferred - Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills Requirements - Lead engineering execution from approved RF Design Sheets (RFDS) through construction-ready engineering packages - Coordinate with Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firms, venue representatives, landlords, structural engineers, utilities, and internal stakeholders to develop complete Construction Drawing (CD) packages - Evaluate site constructability, infrastructure constraints, equipment placement, pathway routing, and installation feasibility - Determine entitlement, zoning, permitting, landlord approval, and jurisdictional requirements required for deployment - Review lease exhibits, venue documentation, field surveys, structural analyses, and engineering reports to identify and mitigate deployment risks - Develop comprehensive Scopes of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), installation specifications, and construction documentation for field execution - Define equipment layouts, mounting solutions, fiber pathways, DC power distribution, grounding, and cable routing requirements - Drive engineering schedules, technical deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to support project milestones and construction readiness - Serve as the primary engineering liaison between RF Engineering, A&E, Project Management, Construction Management, and field teams throughout the engineering handoff process - Identify engineering conflicts early and develop practical solutions that minimize field changes, construction delays, and cost impacts - Support carrier design reviews, customer meetings, and technical discussions throughout project execution Benefits - Competitive compensation - Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance - EMPLOYER pays 100% of employees' premiums - FSA/DCFSA Program Eligibility - 401(k) Retirement Savings with Employer Match - eligible after 90 days - EMPLOYER-provided Short-term / Long-term disability, Life insurance, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment - eligible after 1 year - EMPLOYER Health & Wellness Program - Meal stipend while traveling - Paid Travel Time - Paid Training/Certifications - Paid Vacation - Paid Sick Leave - Paid Holidays
