• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests using tools such as Cypress and WebDriverIO. • Implement and maintain API automation tests using Karate. • Write and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript in Node.js–based environments. • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams to drive resolution. • Contribute to test strategy, planning, and best practices for automation, regression, and performance testing. • Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency. • Participate in code reviews and promote quality standards across the development lifecycle.

• You will own and drive the quality of features and launching them to our customers through the SDLC • You will also work with groups such as Product Management, UX designers and Compliance teams to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies • You will develop automated tests to help fasten testing cycles and release faster to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible to deliver manual/automated solutions to test customer facing features. • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities • You will implement process improvements and drive quality to left to prevent defects

• Define and implement a comprehensive QE roadmap • Scale and harden testing framework into automated testing suite • Build performance and load-testing capabilities • Evaluate and implement modern quality tools • Identify and re-engineer CI/CD pipeline bottlenecks • Upskill team for automated validation and performance engineering

• Perform manual and automated testing of online casino games and platform features • Develop, maintain, and expand automated tests across multiple layers: API, UI, integration, contract, and SDK testing • Build, scale, and optimize the test automation framework, including architecture, reporting, reliability, and performance • Define and contribute to the overall testing strategy, ensuring coverage of critical business and technical flows • Promote and enforce automation best practices across the team • Collaborate closely with Developers and DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and testing efficiency • Analyze logs, monitor test environments, investigate test failures, and support release quality and stability • Work with mock services, test data, and integrations in complex distributed systems
