Constructor
• Design and build data pipelines and data models that power analytics and reporting • Build dashboards, reports, and tools that make large-scale behavioral data usable and trustworthy • Define and validate business metrics together with stakeholders, not just implement them • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems processing billions of events • Partner with analysts, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into well-designed data solutions • Work with SQL, Python, and distributed data systems at very large scale
Job Requirements
- Strong experience building data pipelines, data models, and analytics tooling
- Expert-level SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data systems
- Experience with Python for data work and tooling
- Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g. dbt, Airflow, or similar modeling and orchestration tools)
- Experience defining and validating business metrics and understanding why they matter
- Understanding of product funnels and ecommerce metrics (revenue, conversion, engagement)
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into data models, dashboards, and tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable owning an analytics area end to end in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building customer-facing or embedded analytics
- Experience working in e-commerce
