Location: US - Remote (Austin, TX) - candidates must be located in Austin to be considered. We're seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to join the Global Demand Center team at dbt Labs. This pivotal role will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic global campaigns. The Global Demand Center at dbt Labs is the hub of campaign execution at dbt Labs, curating the foundational messaging and distribution to support our global revenue engine. On this team you will work closely with Product Marketing to ideate and execute campaigns and serve as a support system for Regional Marketers looking to bring the energy and effectiveness of global campaigns to their territories. What You'll Do - Orchestrate Global Campaigns: Lead and manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. - Drive Regional Marketing Execution: Create and support multi-touch campaigns for Regional Marketing Managers to execute in-region - Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, including Product, Partnership and Alliances, and Sales to ensure seamless integration of campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. - Optimize Campaign Performance: Incorporate qualitative and quantitative findings to refine campaign strategies, increasing engagement while reducing acquisition costs.
