• Lead the global master production planning process across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons • Drive the Supply Review process within the SIOP cycle, identifying risks, constraints, trade-offs, and mitigation plans • Develop constrained and unconstrained supply plans that balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure material availability and operational alignment • Use scenario modelling and analytics to evaluate options, support decision-making, and optimize service, cost, and working capital performance • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize planning processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and business outcomes • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Planning professionals while fostering collaboration and accountability • Support new product introductions and product lifecycle transitions, ensuring supply chain readiness and successful execution.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment, including supply planning, capacity management, and S&OP/SIOP processes
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred, and advanced proficiency in Excel and planning analytics tools
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional environments
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Role Description The GM for Multi-Housing is the driving force behind roughly $160M in revenue across two direct-selling segments — Multi-Housing and Key Accounts. This is a builder and a coach: a hands-on sales leader who sets the strategy, develops a high-performing team, and executes to accelerate profitable growth. - Accountable for driving profitable growth of the segment; owns revenue and margin targets and adjusts the sales strategy accordingly to achieve financial goals. - Primarily responsible for sales as a hands-on, in-market leader, plus sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and sales channel mix. - Build, manage, and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective customers; personally manage and nurture strategic key accounts, and actively manage the sales pipeline to drive performance against targets and KPIs. - Develop and execute a strategy and operating plan to achieve goals including revenue, margin, and overall profitability of the segment; develop and implement continuity and growth strategies. - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals who master value selling and technology-enabled solutions; set clear goals and expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and ensure the team has the resources and training to succeed. - Provide segment and customer input to product/solution roadmaps in collaboration with the Product and technology teams. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use those insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market decisions. - Develop and monitor performance indicators.
