Role Description Join a growing Australian IT managed services provider as they scale, with a hands-on team and a genuine path to grow into a bigger role over time. This is a fully remote position for someone who wants stability and room to build a long-term career. This role owns the day-to-day operational admin that keeps a busy MSP running smoothly, from triaging system alerts and incoming tasks through to supporting marketing and basic bookkeeping. You will follow clear procedures and checklists to review alert reports, action or escalate issues, and carry out basic maintenance, while also coordinating social media scheduling and EDMs and using AI tools such as the enterprise Claude setup to work faster. You will work closely with the owner across Microsoft 365, GoHighLevel, and related platforms, taking routine work off their plate so they can focus on higher value tasks. Over time there is a genuine path to take on more responsibility and grow into client facing work as you build your understanding of the business. Qualifications - Previous experience within a managed service provider is essential, whether Australian or from another English speaking market such as the United States or Canada - A sound understanding of MSP operations and workflows, technical enough to review alert reports and complete basic maintenance from documentation - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, along with marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel. Exposure to security tools like Bitdefender or Cloudflare is a nice to have - Excellent written and spoken English, with strong spoken communication in particular and the confidence to grow into client facing work over time - Genuinely proactive and switched on, bringing solutions and ideas rather than just completed tasks, with strong organization across competing priorities - Comfortable learning and adopting AI tools to improve how the business runs - Basic bookkeeping experience, including invoicing and expense tracking, with good attention to detail - Demonstrated employment stability, with a preference for candidates who have remained with previous employers for approximately two years or more Requirements - Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace) - Proactive attitude, able to follow up clients, lenders, and third parties without being prompted - Able to work Australian business hours Benefits - Full-time, work-from-home - A genuine path to grow into a bigger, more client facing role as the business scales - Training and support provided - A hands-on, supportive team environment with clear procedures to work from
