Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong track record of driving user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEM, PPC, and social media advertising best practices.
- Proficiency in campaign management software, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for health and wellness and staying informed of industry trends and changes.

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
