• Lead infrastructure and operations management for FICO’s Scores Business Unit, including analytics platforms, credit scoring systems, and decision management solutions • Design, build and maintain scalable and secure on premise and cloud infrastructure • Serve as a central technical resource helping diagnose and remediate technical issues, optimize performance, and implement security best practices • Manage technical support operations by triaging incoming support tickets, prioritizing requests based on business impact and resolving support requests while ensuring timely resolution • Effectively collaborate and partner with various stakeholders across the FICO organization to deliver technical solutions that support strategic Scores initiatives • Ensure high level of technical support and execution to high visibility, business-critical projects • Set up and maintain AWS IAM, AWS IDC, AWS Cloud Watch • Administration of software repositories, such as Git/BitBucket • Support of MFT, Connect:Direct (NDM) and SFTP used for file transfers with clients

• Automate and create access permissions, ensuring the platform stack is reproducible across multiple environments. • Manage Airflow infrastructure (EKS), ensuring high availability for pipeline scheduling. • Cost optimization through monitoring and refinement of pipelines, compute resources, and storage, including implementation of data lifecycle policies. • Implement compliance and security flows to manage data and access in accordance with the company’s security standards.

• Maintain reliable, high‑performing AWS production systems. • Manage EKS clusters for configuration, scaling, and workload stability. • Set up and support Istio service mesh for traffic control and security. • Oversee GitOps workflows to ensure secure, consistent infrastructure changes. • Create automation tools and platform enhancements. • Design, implement, and manage monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions across a diverse range of applications—including AI workloads, microservices, and data pipelines—to ensure visibility, reliability, and rapid issue resolution. • Respond to incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend lasting solutions. • Work with developers and platform teams to enhance deployments and system operations. • Support nx‑based monorepos for scalable, effective developer workflows.

• Architect, upgrade, design, and build scalable infrastructure solutions leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, RDS (MySQL/Postgres), and modern distributed patterns. • Help drive the infrastructure team’s roadmap, leading us to higher levels of reliability, recoverability, and scalability. • Drive capacity planning, benchmarking, and work with the team to stress test our systems, find bottlenecks, and prepare for further growth in the business. • Define, maintain and enforce SLAs and alerts across our infrastructure. • Lead the teams towards stronger signal anomaly detection, better, more flexible alerting. • Help Lead Sezzle’s AI enablement efforts, identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to enhance infrastructure reliability, developer productivity, and internal tooling. • Build in consistency and scalability across a distributed microservices architecture while maintaining performance and reliability. • Establish and evolve engineering best practices for observability, security, and CI/CD across teams. • Mentor engineers and champion a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence. • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver results that matter.
