• Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboard specifications. • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools. • Define, document, and govern KPIs and business metrics, maintaining a reliable metrics dictionary. • Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. • Generate actionable insights and present findings through clear and compelling data storytelling. • Validate data from a business perspective and work closely with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality and reliability. • Enable self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and supporting business users with documentation and guidance. • Continuously improve analytical processes, visualizations, and reporting standards.

• Update and migrate Tableau dashboards and data sources from Redshift to Databricks connections. • Validate that migrated dashboards return consistent results and performance compared to their Redshift-based originals. • Work with the data engineering team to resolve any schema, naming, or data type differences that affect dashboard functionality. • Troubleshoot connection, refresh, and performance issues arising from the platform change.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business. • Translate business requirements into clear, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs, clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and performance. • Support day-to-day BI requests, ad-hoc reporting and ongoing reporting improvements. • Help standardise reporting practices and improve consistency across the Power BI environment. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reporting aligns with evolving data models and business objectives. • Participate in defining future BI processes, reporting standards and best practices as part of the client's Data Revolution programme. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting landscape by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and optimise existing solutions.
