GT
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business. • Translate business requirements into clear, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs, clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and performance. • Support day-to-day BI requests, ad-hoc reporting and ongoing reporting improvements. • Help standardise reporting practices and improve consistency across the Power BI environment. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reporting aligns with evolving data models and business objectives. • Participate in defining future BI processes, reporting standards and best practices as part of the client's Data Revolution programme. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting landscape by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and optimise existing solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing Power BI datasets, semantic models and DAX measures.
- Good understanding of data modelling principles (star schema, dimensional modelling).
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, working with relational databases, and analysing data to support reporting and business insights.
- Strong experience working with Azure cloud and services.
- Experience translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports.
- Experience supporting production BI environments and working with multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English level: B2–C1.
