• Build and launch customer-facing AI product features • Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript • Build backend services and APIs using Python and TypeScript • Design relational data models using PostgreSQL • Integrate large language models, third-party APIs, and customer data sources • Deploy and operate production services using AWS • Improve application performance, reliability, observability, and security • Work closely with founders, product leaders, designers, and customers • Own projects from initial problem definition through production • Help establish engineering standards as the team grows

• Identify product opportunities: Spot gaps or improvements before anyone asks you to. Bring proposals, not just execution. • Talk to users directly: Understand problems by speaking with the people experiencing them. No layers, no filtered requirements. • Ship features end-to-end: Plan, prioritise, and implement full-stack features (React + TypeScript) from concept to production. • Own quality: Code reviews, testing, performance, reliability this is your product as much as anyone's. • Collaborate closely: Work with the Customer Engineering team to incorporate real user feedback into what you build next.

• Full-Stack Feature Delivery: Build end-to-end features spanning Go services and React/TypeScript UI; own features from requirements through deployment and post-release iteration. • AI-Augmented Development: Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as daily workflow tools; build and improve agentic workflows and AI-powered product features. • Performance & Reliability: Improve latency/throughput; apply caching, connection pooling, rate limiting, backpressure, idempotency, and resilient retries. • Quality by Default: Raise the bar on testing (unit/integration/e2e), code quality, observability hooks, and safe rollout/rollback patterns. • Technical Leadership: Lead design reviews, mentor teammates, and drive consistent standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core web applications supporting federal programs. • Engage directly with federal clients to gather requirements, deliver demos, and provide ongoing technical support. • Implement features and integrations using vertical slice architecture and TDD practices. • Contribute to the migration of legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET. • Configure and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps tooling. • Participate in code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and mentor peers. • Work with database systems (SQL Server / T-SQL) including schema changes and migration tooling. • Support front-end development efforts, including Blazor migration work.
