• Samodzielne planowanie i prowadzenie warsztatów z interesariuszami (biznes, właściciele systemów, risk/compliance) w celu identyfikacji, doprecyzowania i uporządkowania wymagań. • Prowadzenie analizy procesów biznesowych, identyfikacja luk i propozycja zmian z perspektywy end‑to‑end (od frontu użytkownika do systemów back‑office). • Utrzymanie i porządkowanie backlogu (epiki, feature, user stories) we współpracy z Product Ownerem / właścicielem systemu, w tym doprecyzowanie zakresu, rozbijanie dużych inicjatyw na mniejsze elementy, utrzymywanie spójności wymagań. • Współodpowiedzialność za priorytetyzację backlogu (np. MoSCoW, WSJF) z uwzględnieniem wartości biznesowej, ryzyk, zależności i ograniczeń technicznych. • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie artefaktów analitycznych: BPMN, UML (use case, sequence, component, ERD), specyfikacje wymagań, user stories, acceptance criteria, mapa zależności między systemami. • Projektowanie zmian w istniejących rozwiązaniach przy podstawowym, ale świadomym uwzględnieniu architektury (warstwy systemu, komponenty, zależności, ograniczenia niefunkcjonalne). • Współpraca z architektami przy projektowaniu integracji między systemami oraz przygotowywaniu/specyfikowaniu interfejsów (API, komunikaty, kontrakty danych). • Podstawowe wsparcie zespołów developerskich i QA (doprecyzowanie wymagań, wyjaśnianie kontekstu biznesowego), przy czym główny nacisk pozostaje na backlog, dokumentację i współpracę z biznesem. • Wsparcie UAT: przygotowanie scenariuszy testowych opartych na wymaganiach, weryfikacja, czy zrealizowane funkcje spełniają potrzeby biznesu.
