• Act as a trusted Microsoft licensing advisor for Public Sector customers • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing models, product entitlements, and programme requirements • Support customers in making informed licensing decisions that align with organisational objectives, digital transformation strategies, and budget constraints • Deliver customer-facing licensing consultations, workshops, and renewal discussions • Interpret and simplify complex licensing requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through responsive, accurate, and proactive licensing support • Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft's evolving licensing programmes, products, and policies • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Microsoft licensing and licensing programmes.
- Strong understanding of licensing compliance, renewals, entitlement reviews and optimisation.
- Experience supporting Public Sector customers.
- Ability to interpret complex licensing requirements and provide commercial guidance.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused, consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Commercially astute, proactive and self-motivated.
