Job Description

Property Coordinator

Outsource Access Careers

• Owning the Tenant Journey: You will proactively manage Facebook rental inquiries, answer phone calls, and schedule property tours for prospective tenants. • Securing the Leases: You will prepare leasing agreements, obtain signed leases alongside security deposits, process renewals, and monitor upcoming lease expiration dates. • Keeping Operations Smooth: You will coordinate maintenance requests directly with repair crews to ensure properties remain in excellent condition. • Driving Independent Solutions: You will minimize unnecessary escalations by making sound, independent decisions within established guidelines and utilizing an innovative mindset to improve workflows.

Job Requirements

  • The Bilingual Bridge: You are completely fluent in Spanish (this is non-negotiable) and possess excellent English communication skills to seamlessly connect with all parties.
  • The Independent Problem-Solver: You are highly proactive and possess strong critical thinking skills, preferring to resolve issues independently rather than just executing tasks.
  • The Responsive Organizer: You maintain strong organizational skills and are highly responsive with tenants, clients, and contractors while providing top-tier administrative support.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working on your own device (BYOD) and have experience with—or are ready to learn—systems like RentReady, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
  • Your Home Office: You have a dedicated work-from-home setup ready to support a long-term, 40-hour-per-week continuous engagement.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness — Covered: You get comprehensive HMO coverage with a top provider so you can focus on work without worrying about medical bills.
  • Security for the “What Ifs”: Our Group Life Insurance benefit gives you added protection — because your future (and your family’s) deserves a safety net.
  • Time to Recharge — Guilt-Free: We support your well-being with paid leave credits that allow you to rest, reset, and show up as your best self — at work and at home.
  • Support You Can Count On: We take care of all government-mandated benefits, so everything is handled properly and on time.
  • Performance Incentives: Bring results — and you’ll see it rewarded. Simple as that.
  • Premium Pay: When you put in the time, we honor it. You receive Overtime Pay for extra miles and Night Differential for supporting the team during late hours.
  • 13th Month Pay: A well-earned bonus to celebrate the results of your year’s effort.
