Smartcuts is building a browser extension that turns your clicks and keystrokes into shareable, no-code automations (1-minute video). We're looking for individuals who approach their craft with curiosity, clarity, and an appetite to learn to join our tiny but mighty distributed team. Some of the interesting engineering and design challenges in this problem space? - How do you design a product that doesn't expose engineering concepts to users? - How can you design an algorithm that can reliably locate elements on a page, without asking the user to specify css selectors? - How can you leverage AI to automatically detect and extract structured records from a web page?

• Architect the design and help develop, test and maintain secure microservices and distributed systems using C# .NET, ensuring alignment with Delinea’s cloud and security architecture standards. • Develop, maintain, and optimize data access across Azure Cosmos DB and relational systems (Azure SQL), and implement caching and RabbitMQ-based event-driven workflows for internal and platform messaging. • Integrate with enterprise identity providers (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Graph) and internal identity and multi-tenancy services to support secure, tenant-aware access control. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent provisioning and lifecycle management of Azure resources. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated deployments using Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to define system roadmaps, ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements. • Conduct code and design reviews, emphasizing performance, security, and maintainability. • Provide technical mentorship to engineering peers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ship AI-powered workflows that scale our growth and sales motions as a competitive advantage • Audit our existing GTM stack, identify the gaps and redundancies, and start shipping against them fast • Embed with our sales and growth teams to turn their best plays into systems the whole org can run on • Build internal tools and agents that replace manual workflows - lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, content distribution, attribution • Know when to reach for off-the-shelf tools and when to build something custom • Partner closely with engineering and design to test new features, give feedback, and dogfood our own AI capabilities for GTM use cases • Publish playbooks and internal guides so wins propagate across the team

• Take major features from concept to shipped: scoping, architecture, implementation, and rollout. • Own whole product areas end to end, whether it's the institution admin experience, the faculty tools for configuring AI assistants, or the student-facing product. • Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous customer needs into concrete, shippable product. • Ship features end-to-end in TypeScript, across the client, server, and database. • Build and extend the integrations that connect Nectir to the systems institutions already use. • Write performant, typed, test-covered code that's safe to change. • Debug production issues across the stack, from the client to background services. • Raise the bar on code quality, test coverage, and architectural clarity. • Partner with DevOps on deployment, observability, and incident response. • Use AI coding tools as a daily part of how you build. • Scope work so agents handle what they do well and you own what they can't. • Collaborate on AI-facing product features alongside AI engineering when they cross into the platform. • Mentor teammates, review code thoughtfully, and strengthen the engineering culture. • Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales. • Communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment.
