• Provide expert guidance on technical and operational approaches for complex scientific and public health programs, including evidence review processes, research methods, data management strategies, meeting cadence, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with USPSTF standards and transparency requirements. • Develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple concurrent initiatives; oversee scope, schedule, and cost control; lead budgeting and pricing activities; and monitor financial performance to support efficient, high‑quality program delivery. • Ensure technical accuracy, methodological rigor, and quality of deliverables through formal review processes while maintaining compliance with internal policies, federal regulations, and contractual requirements; contribute to the development of operational procedures and governance frameworks. • Oversee data collection, analysis, synthesis, and reporting activities to inform evidence‑based decision‑making, align outputs with strategic goals, and support clear, actionable communication of findings. • Develop and deliver strategic communications, presentations, and proposal materials; manage relationships with federal clients, Task Force members, researchers, and partners; and support program visibility and engagement with stakeholders and the public. • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team by managing workloads, setting priorities, establishing deadlines, resolving issues, and leading hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management efforts to strengthen team capability and effectiveness. • Lead the identification and implementation of workflow, process, and efficiency improvements; monitor public health and scientific trends to inform innovation; manage relationships with vendors and partners; and contribute to business development and proposal efforts.

• Line management of the BAU Electric Project Delivery Team in line with company policies • Direct management of key BAU Electrical Project to support with team workload, and periods of absence or annual leave • Support Head of Technical to implement and maintain the Authorised Connection Provider Process • Accountable for ensuring drawing records and documentation are maintained to support the Distribution Safety Rules (DSR) during project build out • Responsible for maintaining an effective and efficient team structure in order to meet the business needs for the safe and effective adoption and construction delivery activities of BAU Electric Project Delivery • Accountable for the BAU Electric Project Delivery Team delivery of agreed documentation for all areas of the Electrical Delivery Process through to final asset handover • Responsible for ensuring BAU Electric Project Delivery supports both Sales and Delivery customer meetings on operational and technical matters including any wider Sales tender activities • Accountable for ensuring all BAU Electric Project Delivery design activity is completed by accredited third parties and properly logged and reported in line with Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSOP) • Manage and validate the capital budgets cost allocation against all projects by BAU Electric Project Managers • Ensure financial controls are adhered to, including timely purchase order management, invoice review, and variance reporting are being undertaken across all of BAU Electrical Project Delivery • Responsible for ensuring that the team manages any issues or defects to resolution using company systems and procedures to meet regulatory standards • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless asset handover with all documentation and contracts in place and that installation standards and pre-energisation commissioning and testing meets or exceeds regulatory requirements • Provide ad hoc operational support to the Sales Team and Head of Project Delivery on all BAU Electric Project site enquiries or escalations • Implementing robust processes and reporting to identify, report, and mitigate business risks throughout the Project lifecycle
