Technical Project Coordinator

• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status dashboards across cybersecurity and technology engagements • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder touchpoints with client teams spanning Banking, Healthcare, Government, and Manufacturing • Track action items, risks, and issues; escalate blockers to the project or program manager • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts tailored to client context • Support resource onboarding and coordinate logistics across cross-functional project teams • Assist with invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement documentation • Maintain organized, version-controlled project documentation accessible to all team members • Flex into supporting areas outside your core role as business needs evolve — agility is expected
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred — equivalent experience in a project support or coordination role is welcome
- 1–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role; consulting or tech firm experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a great to have
- Startup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and evolving priorities
