Consumer Service Representative

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Assist customers with order placement, order status, shipment tracking, product information, warranty claims, replacements, returns, and general service inquiries. • Research and resolve customer issues by utilizing multiple order management systems, CRM platforms, carrier websites, and internal resources. • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within company systems. • Build customer confidence by providing knowledgeable, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. • Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting individual and team performance goals. • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education- HS or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple systems and applications while assisting customers.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a virtual team.
