• Design and build the core infrastructure for the Agent Platform • Own the platform APIs, orchestration layers, and runtime systems for AI agents • Develop the marketplace for deploying autonomous intelligence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform
Job Requirements
- 5+ years building backend systems or developer platforms in distributed, cloud-native environments
- Experience building platforms where AI capabilities are first-class primitives, not bolted-on features
- Strong API design instincts for services processing highly sensitive enterprise data
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational data stores, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Strong backend development especially Python
- Comfortable making architectural decisions with incomplete information
- Strong product intuition where you understand why something is being built, not just how
- High ownership mentality where you treat system reliability and customer outcomes as your responsibility
