Investor Banking Analyst – Associate, Private Equity

• Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the Venture Capital and Private Equity landscape • Build strong relationships with partners across their investment and operating teams • Help define the playbook to scale the program across many possible partners • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned and delivering results • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall impact on business metrics • Experiment with new partnership models, incentives, and outreach strategies to drive growth
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles at a SaaS, fintech, banks, or investment banking background.
- Consulting experience is a plus.

• Lead the definition and evolution of risk frameworks across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on early-stage and onboarding risk. • Design, develop, and own core fraud and risk metrics that inform decision-making, performance measurement, and strategy. • Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Risk Operations) to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions. • Evaluate, integrate, and manage external data sources to enhance risk detection and decisioning capabilities. • Define data requirements and partner with engineering to build and maintain reliable, production-grade data pipelines. • Act as a thought leader in fraud analytics, setting best practices for measurement & risk modelling.
