• Perform business and system analysis to support enterprise SAP application development • Translate business requirements and customer information into detailed technical designs • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to evaluate solution alternatives, understand development requirements, and recommend technical approaches • Develop, modify, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments • Create and maintain programming specifications, technical documentation, diagrams, and logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations • Develop quality technical solutions in accordance with development standards, perform unit testing, and document test results • Support enterprise application enhancements, modifications, and new installations • Travel up to 20 percent to support project activities, on-site meetings, and stakeholder engagements as required • Follow established development standards, coding best practices, quality assurance processes, and SAP Clean Core methodology principles

• Build out frontend in React.js, and back end Node.js • Architect and design projects • You will be working with a team of Software Engineers to improve tech stacks for our portfolio companies • Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and improve portfolio websites

• Own the internal Retool tooling stack - take full responsibility for building, maintaining, and improving all internal tools across the company, including admin UIs, CRUD interfaces, and data dashboards. • Partner with every team - work directly with teams across the company to understand their workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build tools that let them move faster without depending on Engineering for routine operations. • Build for speed, not perfection - ship working solutions quickly, gather feedback, and iterate - a tool that's live and useful today beats a perfectly engineered one that ships in three months. • Build automation, notifications, and alerting - set up workflows that surface the right information to the right people at the right time, so teams don't have to manually check dashboards or chase status updates. • Turn data into usable insights - build dashboards and reporting interfaces that give teams direct access to the data they need to make decisions, without requiring SQL or data engineering support.

• Collaborates with the functional team to understand the development requirement. • Interacts with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to suggest a technical approach for the requirement. • Develops programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations. • Develops a quality technical solution for the requirement per development standards; unit tests and documents test results. • Troubleshoots and resolves defects identified during unit testing, integration testing, or user acceptance testing. • Prepares and maintains technical documentation, including specifications, configuration notes, and test scripts, for Supplier Portal enhancements. • Supports data migration, interface, and integration activities related to the Supplier Portal environment. • Participates in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. • Provides post-deployment support, including monitoring and resolving issues following release to production. • Travels on rare occasions (approx. 10%) to client sites for on site support. • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies. • Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
