Sales and Event Coordinator
Advanced Agrilytics
• Coordinate sales activities and support the RFV team throughout the sales process • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up documentation • Assist with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting • Conduct research on prospective customers, partners, and industry opportunities • Support proposal preparation, customer communications, and follow-up activities • Help maintain organization and accountability around business development initiatives • Coordinate registration, logistics, and planning for conferences, trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings. • Manage event calendars and track key deadlines. • Coordinate sales collateral, promotional materials, and event resources. • Support customer communications, social media content, and email campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team, as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution. • Track event outcomes and support post-event lead follow-up activities. • Provide administrative and coordination support to Rick Riegner and RFV leadership • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking • Organize team meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up communications • Help establish and maintain processes that improve team efficiency and effectiveness • Serve as a reliable resource for day-to-day operational support
