Elite Virtual Brokerage
• Engage in simulated client-event planner dialogues, providing authentic, scenario-based conversations. • Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, challenges, and solutions. • Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline step-by-step planning procedures. • Identify and describe common hurdles and creative problem-solving approaches in event coordination. • Deliver structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI system responses. • Contribute written materials exemplifying clear, professional communication for virtual interaction. • Collaborate remotely with the micro1 project team to refine project deliverables as needed.

• Support the Global Events Lead in delivering Binance's flagship events and strategic global initiatives • Independently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution • Manage end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, timelines, production, venue management, procurement, registration, logistics, hospitality, onsite operations and post-event reporting • Lead multiple concurrent projects across different regions while maintaining execution quality and attention to detail • Partner with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance and regional teams • Work with external agencies, production partners, venues and suppliers to deliver event experiences • Identify process improvements and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency • Support global initiatives as business priorities evolve • Support or lead webinars and virtual events across digital channels
