Student Worker II, Career Services
DeVry University
• Post jobs on HireDeVry (DeVry Online Job Board) for diverse local, regional, and national opportunities in various industries across all DeVry degree programs, as directed. • Record and update notes and records in Salesforce and HireDeVry. • Conduct internship and full-time job research as assigned; supporting students, alumni, and employers. • Update and maintain Employer Partner Distribution Lists, as assigned. • Post announcements, hiring events, information sessions, and career fairs in HireDeVry for students and alumni. • Update content in Employer and Career Services booths for Virtual Career Fairs in the e-platform, as assigned. • Conduct outbound calls and emails to students, alumni, and employers regarding upcoming appointments, career events, and other opportunities, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be an enrolled student.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current Student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
- FWS fund eligible.
- Computer skills and customer service attitude is critical.

Student Services Coordinator
LearnWellLearnWell provides an integrated set of academic and mental health services for students and their families.
• Data entry and data management of all student information within our CRM platform. • Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information. • Communication to school district personnel regarding approval for students’ academic services and collection of students’ schoolwork. • Support to operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or needed report generation
• Maintain accounts receivable data and keep receivables current. • Timely posting of tuition and fees. • Completing the monthly revenue recognition process in CampusNexus. • Responsible for month-end close of accounts receivable. • Bank reconciliations. • Reconciling the deposit and refund clearing accounts. • Assisting with the stale dated checks process. • Collections oversight and reporting. • Assisting in the review and approval process of all awards for discounts to ensure compliance with company policy. • Preparing invoices for third-party vendors and updates CampusNexus Payment Schedule (VocRehab, WIA, military tuition assistance, etc.) • Assisting with the year-end financial audit and other periodic agency audits. • Preparing annual 1098-T forms. • Performing all other duties as specified by the Manager of Student Accounts.
