The Associate Director of Data Analytics and Reporting offers a fast-paced opportunity to lead key analysis and financial reporting for Raytheon's Supply Chain Finance Team. This role is responsible for bridging operational and financial analysis as well as facilitating reporting throughout the recurring business cadence. Specific responsibilities include budget management, KPI development, and financial reporting among others. Budgetary responsibilities include coordinating CER pool management and indirect budget management across Supply Chain Finance in partnership with OSCQ FP&A over the LRP, AOP, EAC and monthly forecast cycle. KPI and analytical responsibilities include tracking key finance-related metrics in partnership with functional leaders and leveraging quantitative data to drive management action to improve Supply Chain performance. In addition, the Data Analytics and Reporting Associate Director will facilitate the monthly reporting cadence with the VP of OSCQ Finance, the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Finance, and the Supply Chain functional Leadership Team. In addition to the monthly cadence, this leader is responsible for supporting MBR, OMM, and SFP among other business cadence needs.
