Salesforce Developer – Specialist
CONFIDENCIAL
• Act as the technical reference on the Salesforce platform, leading architecture decisions and ensuring solution scalability. • Collaborate with architecture, product teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business strategy. • Explore and drive the use of artificial intelligence applied to development and the platform. • Proactively promote technical evolution by keeping up with trends in the Salesforce ecosystem and new technologies. • Ensure the development team fully understands the technical solution, eliminating gaps between design and implementation. • Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting developers in decision-making and resolving complex problems. • Prepare technical specifications and detailed solution designs for development. • Present and validate technical solutions with the development team, ensuring alignment before implementation. • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, review of development standards and adherence to Salesforce best practices. • Work on resolving code conflicts (Git), merge strategies and versioning. • Propose continuous improvements to development processes, including CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, code review, peer review and branch management. • Support the technical planning of deliveries, identifying risks, dependencies and architectural impacts. • Ensure customizations are scalable, reusable and adhere to Salesforce recommendations. • Investigate and resolve high-complexity technical incidents. • Promote knowledge sharing by delivering technical mentoring and supporting team development. • Participate in technical refinements, estimations and definition of the implementation approach.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead.
- Strong command of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- Triggers
- Visualforce
- SOQL and SOSL
- Knowledge of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and versioning strategies.
- Experience with deployment pipelines (Flossum and similar).
- Experience with code review and defining development standards.
- Knowledge of unit testing and test automation.
- Experience in performance analysis and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with productivity and AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
- Differentials: Salesforce certifications; advanced English and/or Spanish.
