Senior Implementation Analyst – Enterprise
Rivora
• Ingest and transform large (1M+ rows), complex datasets from multiple messy sources • Own data validation and end-to-end QA across the full pipeline: inputs, transformations, model outputs, customer-facing artifacts • Build and validate scenarios and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability • Investigate edge cases, surface data quality issues, and work with engineering to fix them at the source • Partner with internal teams to define and refine data workflows • Sit on customer calls with senior leadership, including VP+ and C-suite at our 3PL and retail customers; translate their data reality into Rivora workflows • Build the playbook for how Rivora is delivered to enterprise customers as we scale
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, data analysis, analytics engineering, or operations roles where you owned data quality end-to-end.
- Strong SQL and Excel. Python or similar is mandatory. Comfortable with the modern data stack.
- Demonstrated ability to own data quality and validate outputs end-to-end.
- Exposure to product operations or QA-heavy roles.
- Experience working with data-driven products or platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills in client-facing and stakeholder-facing settings.
- You're energized, not frustrated, when the product can't yet do what the customer needs. You love the hunt for the solution!
