• Analyse product requirements and translate them into automated test cases and strategies. • Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for AI-Based API and UI automation testing. • Adopt and implement contract-based API testing approaches across services and integrations. • Review and improve existing test frameworks, tooling, CI/CD process, and automation architecture. • Define and implement Standard QA processes and best practices within engineering teams. • Work closely with developers to create shared ownership of software quality. • Collaborate with teams to validate user journeys and client-facing workflows. • Coach and guide teams on test automation and quality practices. • Take responsibility for testing outcomes and quality results within the team. • Build and maintain custom testing tools to support development teams.

• Work in an agile development team to complete Windows application projects for QSR Guest Management solutions • Assist in the troubleshooting of issues and defects and deploy timely fixes • Work with the QA team to ensure appropriate testing of all solutions • Create appropriate developer-level documentation • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of QSR’s robust product portfolio

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, software engineers, machine learning and biomedical scientists. • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable AI systems. • Drive technical decisions and provide context-aware solutions for AI systems in biological research. • Leverage and pioneer evaluation methodologies to ensure continuous product improvement. • Experiment with cutting-edge industry solutions—orchestration patterns, fine-tuning, specialized monitoring, feedback loops, etc. • Lead core stack component development focusing on sustainability, scalability, security, reliability, and performance. • Foster team growth by sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing. • Participate in a team wise shared on-call rotation. • Lead Agent Development: Drive the development of Owkin agents and actively contribute to the core components of our platform, "K-Pro." • Optimize Analytical Workflows to feed the agents with the data they need when they need it — e.g. analytical DBs (DuckDB), distributed computing (AWS Athena, Trino, etc), integration with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc). • Deployment and Integration: Manage the seamless integration and deployment of agents within Owkin's broader Data Platform infrastructure.

• Contribute to our Connect codebases • Design new AI solutions to evolve how end-users work with streaming data • Participate in an on-call escalation chain, help drive down problems that lead to on-call escalations, and help drive improving on-call quality of life • Work with all engineering teams for deploying services across all of our supported clouds • Make resilience and observability integral to the system, enabling us to run a managed, cloud-based streaming-as-a-service with >99.9% uptime • Build & design Redpanda’s connect-in-the-cloud infrastructure with reliability and performance in mind
