Role Description As a Payments Exchange Implementation Consultant, you can look forward to interfacing directly with our financial institution clients (banks and credit unions) to ensure understanding of purchased product features and options, facilitate the implementation process, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provides expertise to answer questions and guide the client in the use of the system throughout the project. - Works with clients to perform business process analysis and help them determine how best to use the product in their environment. - Supports the client through all phases of the implementation project. - Creates and monitors implementation timeline, works with Payments Exchange trainer to schedule and monitor training requirements, and reports project status to management. - Trains and consults with new and existing clients through training classes in small and large group settings, as well as one-on-one product coaching and web-ex / Internet channels.
