• Oversee IMS Schedule creation and tracking • Manage project RAILs to drive actions to completion • Monitor productivity and drive process improvements • Investigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternatives • Follow drawings update and approvals in PLM tool • Manage and Report on Project Schedules, Budget, and Priority • Seek advice from subject matter experts when required • Report project status during regular internal and external meetings. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Aerospace supplier pipeline experience preferred
- Experience with tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillance
- Alternative experience with casting and forging may be acceptable
- Experience developing and managing execution of tooling projects
- Highly capable with MS Office Suite
- Experience with process improvements and productivity improvements
- Experience with end-to-end accountability for part transitions
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity or interest with aerospace industry desired
- EWI/Rich Client experience a plus
- Teamcenter and SAP experience valued
- Previous leadership experience a plus
- Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent business management and developmental skills
- Team/management skills and organizational skills
- Ability to express technical information in a clear and simple way

• Serve as the primary on-site (or virtually embedded) technical resource for 1–2 health system clients, building trusted relationships with their Epic analysts, interface teams, and clinical informatics staff • Lead Epic workflow discovery sessions: map current state clinical workflows, identify where AI outputs need to surface (In Basket, CDS card, AVS note, workflow step, report), and document the integration approach • Design the end-to-end integration spec for each use case—covering Epic Bridges interface configuration, FHIR R4 endpoints, CDS Hooks trigger logic, SMART on FHIR app placement, or SendMessage / MDM T02 delivery paths • Coordinate with client Epic teams to drive interface build on the client side; serve as the authoritative technical voice on what needs to happen and why • Own end-to-end testing and validation: from QH platform output through Epic interface to the point of care, catching issues before they reach the clinician • Translate field learnings—edge cases, clinical feedback, configuration gaps—into structured platform requirements for QH’s data engineering and product teams • Support change management at client sites: help clinical champions understand and adopt new AI-enabled workflows
