What You Will Be Doing - Intelligence Systems: Own the hands-on development of our IMA (Integrated Measurement Attribution) framework. You will merge macro-trends with micro-user journeys into a single source of truth. - Predictive Frameworks: Build and tune the models that forecast growth. From lead scoring to churn prediction, you’ll develop the frameworks that tell us where our next customer is coming from. - Account-Based Intelligence: Architect models that decode the B2B journey. You will synthesize lead-to-account signals and revenue motions across PLG and Sales-Led funnels. - Causal Inference: Isolate the true lift of marketing spend. In this role, you will be a people and technical lead. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the states analytics team and managing strategic analytics projects to completion. You’ll be part of the Data team and report into our Analytics Lead. In this position you will… - Lead a team of Analysts working to support coordinated campaigns across the country, as well as the DNC’s national organizing efforts and voter registration program. - Work closely with the DNC’s Organizing team to develop a reporting roadmap for the DNC’s states and voter registration programs; work with Analysts to develop and maintain these reports over the course of the cycle. - Work with Analysts to communicate national expectations on topics such as voter contact universes; work with the Organizing team to hold state Data teams accountable to those expectations, including creating scalable systems and documentation for evaluation. - Lead communication of regular updates from the states analytics team internally during cross-departmental DNC meetings, as well as externally with sister committees, coordinated campaigns, and other stakeholders. - Collaborate with other leaders across the DNC Data & Tech Teams; identify opportunities to build sustainable infrastructure and efficiently address shared challenges. About the role We are seeking an experienced Sr. Clinical Data Manager to lead and oversee data management activities for medical device clinical trials, with a focus on Electrophysiology (EP). What you'll do Clinical Data Management & Oversight - Lead all aspects of data management for medical device clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA, MDR, ICH-GCP, and ISO 14155 regulations. - Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) and Case Report Forms (CRFs) aligned with study protocols. - Design, validate, and manage Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata RAVE, Oracle InForm, or Veeva Vault EDC. - Oversee data cleaning, query management, and reconciliation processes to ensure high-quality, analyzable datasets. - Ensure adherence to CDISC/CDASH/SDTM standards, enabling efficient regulatory submission. - Conduct and support data audits, quality control (QC) reviews, and database lock activities.
