Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role translates clinical strategy into standardized SOPs, documentation architecture, quality systems, and provider performance oversight. This is an executive-level builder role — not a traditional clinical manager position. You will design the infrastructure that ensures safe, defensible, and consistent care delivery across psychiatric nurse practitioners and physicians. The role includes 10–20% clinical practice to remain embedded in workflows and model documentation excellence. You will operate under delegated authority from the CMO to monitor adherence to standards, address prescribing variance, and initiate remediation when necessary.
