Role Description The Outbound Relationship Consultant will place outbound calls to potential members seeking to open new memberships and enhance member relationships with the credit union. They will also call on leads from our existing member base to meet or exceed credit union goals. This position cross-sells Credit Union products and services including: - Deposits - Loans - Investments - Insurance products - First mortgages - Autoland This position is expected to represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times and is required to meet or exceed assigned member service and/or sales goals. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years related experience with Nuvision and/or prior loan experience with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals. - Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity. - Working knowledge of applicable law, regulations, compliance practices, and Credit Union procedures. - Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services. - Basic understanding of applicable lending regulations. - Excellent communication and phone skills including professional verbal skills and etiquette. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members, staff, and management. - Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a member's need. - Solid computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel). - Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through with member requests. GENERAL SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director of Medical Education, the Medical Education Consultant is responsible for facilitating educational project work by providing direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of the graduate medical education program and initiatives. Provides training and processes for the Residency Program Coordinator I and II. Coordinates department projects, formulates needed enhancements for processes, and works with internal and external customers to successfully meet established goals and deadlines. • Provide grant management and advisory support to ensure high-quality execution, effective risk management, delivery of intended outcomes, and fulfillment of donor commitments and contractual obligations. • Oversee implementation progress to ensure results and donor reports are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with institutional donor requirements. • Design and operationalize reporting and learning processes that communicate results clearly and incorporate lessons learned to strengthen ongoing and future grant implementation. • Apply Results-Based Management (RBM) approaches and tools to track progress against objectives, outputs, and outcomes. • Coordinate and/or contribute to key grant deliverables, including project start-up workshops, partner agreements, workplans, donor reports, annual reviews, evaluations, and project close-out activities. • Support knowledge management and learning by documenting and sharing project achievements and insights through partnership meetings, donor engagement, academic forums, and print and digital communications. • In collaboration with WVC MEAL and technical specialists, provide technical support for assessments, surveys, evaluations, and the establishment of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems. • Work closely with the Grant Finance Officer and WVC Legal team to support the preparation, review, and negotiation of donor contracts and amendments. • In collaboration with Program Finance, monitor project financial performance, including expenditures, cash flow, recovery of overheads, financial risks, and funding timelines, and flag risks or issues requiring corrective action.
