• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable iOS monetization features (ads formats, sponsored content, premium features) in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, data analysts, backend engineers, adOps team) to build innovative monetization solutions that respect user experience. • Building the bridge between advertisers/partners and our users, ensuring monetization feels native and non-intrusive. • Optimizing performance and stability of monetization features to ensure seamless integration with the core BeReal experience. • Analyzing user behavior, A/B tests results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies. • Ensuring a high-quality, authentic user experience through thoughtful technical solutions. • Contributing to and upholding best practices in code quality, design, and development processes. • Continuously innovating and improving the iOS tech stack (Swift, SwiftUI).
Job Requirements
- Strong iOS programming skills (5+ years experience).
- Solid knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and separation of concerns.
- Experience building monetization features, ads products, or consumer-facing products is a strong plus.
- Ability to understand and debug large, complex codebases.
- Product mindset with a strong passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions.
- Interest for analytics and data-first mindset to measure impact and iterate.
- Strong understanding of user experience and ability to balance business goals with product quality.
- You're highly driven, autonomous, and results oriented.
- Be fluent in English (French is a plus).
