• Lead the development, deployment, and management of AI agents and automated workflows across the internal tech stack to support go-to-market teams • Optimize cross-platform processes related to lead management, forecasting, and partner enablement, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Genesys, and middleware • Administer and support a broad tech stack including Salesforce, Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, and various conversational AI platforms • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design robust integrations and backend systems that power a unified employee experience • Design and launch MVPs for new AI-driven tools and automation experiments in a fast-paced environment • Drive best practices for data governance and documentation across all managed platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cross-tool administration or platform operations
- Proven experience developing or managing AI agents, bots, or advanced LLM-based integrations within a business context
- A deep engineering and platform mindset, with proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato)
- Experience administering Salesforce as part of a broader ecosystem; Salesforce certification is a plus but not the primary focus
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple platforms
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated curiosity and a hands-on approach to AI, with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows to solve business problems, rather than just waiting for direction.
