• Serve as a technical representative and subject matter expert (SME) by providing on-site assessments and answers to Requests for Information • Review and comment on various MILCON C4/IT infrastructure technical planning and design documents • Translate operational requirements; manage and adjudicate conflicts • Collaborate with Project Requirements Team Lead, Project Liaisons, and stakeholders to assess and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Change (RFCs) • Review MILCON planning documents and participate in design reviews, technical and programmatic meetings, and workshops

• Provide functional support for Deltek Costpoint users, including resolving questions and troubleshooting system issues. • Support month-end close activities, batch processing, and related financial system processes. • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve application defects and system issues. • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting for Costpoint upgrades, enhancements, and system changes. • Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and user support materials. • Support user requests submitted through tickets, email, and phone communications. • Help maintain Costpoint master data and ensure system information remains accurate and reliable. • Ensure processes and controls comply with SOX, audit, security, and company requirements. • Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance system performance and user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business and operational needs.

• Support full E‑IDS System Integration across data, layouts, network components, and facility workflows • Gather operational requirements directly from FAA facilities • Build LDAs by mapping NDC fields to site‑specific operational needs • Validate data accuracy, layout behavior, system interfaces, and interoperability. • Deploy configurations and support iterative refinement across test and operational environments • Document field mappings, layout decisions, template structures, system behaviors, and configuration changes • Support system integration from hardware setup, logistics coordination, software configuration, and cutover activities • Understanding of Interface Control Documents, engineering drawings, and technical baselines. • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues using standard Cisco diagnostic commands. • Experience integrating communications equipment with enterprise networks. • Experience supporting deployment and commissioning activities. • Ability to troubleshoot common Linux operational issues. • Verify implementation packages before deployment. • Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Ability to communicated technical issues to both engineering and management audiences. • Analyze and resolve technical problems in a structured manner.
