• Design and implement a scalable lakehouse medallion architecture within Databricks. • Establish ingestion, canonical, and business-ready data modeling layers with clear standards and naming conventions. • Build and maintain structured, governed fact and dimension models for enterprise reporting. • Oversee ingestion pipelines using Fivetran, Airbyte, and custom integrations while optimizing cost and performance. • Develop and manage SQL and Python transformation jobs including incremental processing, upsert logic, and snapshot modeling. • Implement orchestration, monitoring, data quality validation, and failure recovery processes. • Define enterprise data governance standards including access controls and reconciliation processes. • Integrate ERP, Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and catalog marketing data into unified customer and order models. • Lead and mentor a small team of data and analytics engineers while setting coding and review standards.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture.
- 3+ years leading data platform or warehouse initiatives.
- Expert-level expertise in Databricks and medallion architecture design.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python experience for data transformations.
- Experience designing fact/dimension models and implementing incremental pipelines and snapshot logic.
- Strong understanding of data governance, access control, and quality frameworks.
- Experience integrating commerce, finance, ERP, and marketing data sources into structured models.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Senior Oracle Data Integrator, SQL, PLSQL

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) • Create, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries • Develop and support data integration, data migration, and data transformation processes • Perform performance tuning of ODI interfaces, mappings, and Oracle database objects • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and ETL designs • Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery • Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-handling mechanisms • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders during project delivery • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and development standards
• Own our image and video dataset lifecycle: taxonomy, curation, collection workflows, and quality, so our models train on clean, well-structured, error-free data. • Design and maintain the data pipelines that move, transform, version, and sync our datasets (e.g. DVC, annotation platforms, cloud storage). • Build internal tools and software that make dataset creation, labeling, and curation faster and more reliable for the ML and labeling teams. • Coordinate closely with our labeling team to ensure data is well curated, consistently annotated, and error-free. • Improve how we collect and prioritize training data over time, including model-assisted and active-learning approaches.
