Technical Solutions Architect
Arrow Electronics
• Partner enablement through development of technical programs • Overseeing day-to-day technical account activities • Evangelizing, positioning, and architecting NaaS solutions for channel partners • Providing technical leadership and direction to channel partners and sales staff • Leading discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and refinement of technology solutions • Collaborating with Arrow marketing to create digital content • Building relationships with partners and end users to support sales objectives • Presenting technology solutions and business cases to partners and customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- 4 year degree in a field such as CS, EE, or MIS, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of networking across many IT and business practices
- Knowledge of modern Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platforms
- Practical knowledge of network solutions (MX, SRX, QFX, Mist AI, Junos, EOS, AOS)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Networking
- Experience in NaaS landscapes, especially Meter, is preferred
- Industry certifications such as ACE, ACP, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIA-Junos, ACCX, ACDX, ACMX, RCSP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Knowledge of competitive solutions
- Ability to conduct effective group presentations and/or trainings
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive NetApp and Nutanix business across the Baltics • Support business development by identifying technical opportunities and helping partners position NetApp and Nutanix solutions • Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to solution design and proposal preparation • Design technical solutions and prepare configurations based on customer requirements • Deliver technical presentations, workshops and enablement sessions for partners and customers • Participate in customer meetings, proof of concepts and solution demonstrations • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers and vendors • Continuously develop technical knowledge and maintain vendor certifications
