• Responsible for design and development of real time embedded software/firmware and PC/mobile based software application. • To Analyse domain specific technical or low level requirement and modification as per end customer or system requirement. • Participate in High level and low level software design • Perform software testing including unit, functional and system level requirement including manual and automated • Performs software requirement to design to coding to testing traceability • Performs code review following coding guidelines and static code analysis • Troubleshoots software problems of limited difficulty. • Documenting technical deliverable like software specifications, design document, code commenting, test cases and test report, Release note etc. throughout the project life cycle. • Follow defined process for software Development life cycle • Develops software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new language required for specific project.

• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, system architecture, and ML pipelines. • Drive end-to-end solution delivery — including data preparation, model development, optimization, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists; review and refine their designs and code implementations. • Develop reusable ML frameworks, model training workflows, and inference pipelines for rapid prototyping and deployment. • Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies to continuously improve model efficiency and system design. • Respond to client RFQs and provide robust technical proposals and solution architectures. • Partner cross-functionally with system engineers, embedded developers, and application teams for integrated AI system delivery.

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive NetApp and Nutanix business across the Baltics • Support business development by identifying technical opportunities and helping partners position NetApp and Nutanix solutions • Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to solution design and proposal preparation • Design technical solutions and prepare configurations based on customer requirements • Deliver technical presentations, workshops and enablement sessions for partners and customers • Participate in customer meetings, proof of concepts and solution demonstrations • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers and vendors • Continuously develop technical knowledge and maintain vendor certifications

• Partner with AEs to deliver discovery that qualifies fast — ask technical and business questions. • Document what you learn so sales and CS can act on it. • Lead demos and proof-of-concept work that stay high-level and purposeful. • Act as the technical throughline of the deal — build trusted relationships across internal teams and customer stakeholders. • Translate complex utility operations and compliance requirements into a credible technical story. • Own the technical proposal: document requirements, competitive positioning, and plan to close the deal. • Stay fluent in the utility technology landscape — SCADA, LIMS, CMMS, GIS — and know how Klir fits alongside it. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed field intelligence back into the roadmap.
