Role Description Join Centorrino Technologies (CT), a community that goes beyond expectations. We’re on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Dunedin, New Zealand. The working hours for this role are 8:30AM-5:00PM NZT and will be fully remote. - Answer inbound calls and deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support. - Troubleshoot issues independently or collaborate with internal teams to drive resolutions. - Keep customers informed with clear, confident, and timely updates. - Log, prioritise, and manage tickets in ConnectWise, taking full ownership through to resolution. - Work closely within a supportive, tight-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and doing things right the first time. • Assess OCM and operational readiness • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business units • Attend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groups • Identify and formulate organizational target state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders • Identify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change • Develop and execute communication plans • Define approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change capacity within differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change • Define activities to support change and transition initiatives • Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution • Work directly with the client and end user to affect change • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers both internal and external • Test and review all deliverables to ensure quality and compliance • Be the teammate everyone wants on their team and take ownership in making our company the best place to work
• Plan, organize and manage requests for proposals, RFP’s or RFI’s of varying complexity, priority and risk that aid the company in the acquisition of new business and retention of current clients • Lead the proposal, RFP and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Use strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills to foster collaboration between different business units • Respond to questions relating to our business and offered insurance products and services • Interact with sales staff, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary and other Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the creation of accurate, customer-facing material • Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements
• Provides support to the Product team, advising on recommendations to correct observed non-conformities, with a focus on service quality.
