Job Description

Game Designer

Tripledot Studios

• Design and develop gameplay systems and features for new game prototypes • Work on core gameplay, progression, balance, and early meta systems • Create and maintain game design documentation (concept docs, GDDs, feature specs) • Analyze gameplay problems and propose solutions to improve player experience and engagement • Participate in prototyping and iteration processes together with the R&D team • Design and tune game balance, rewards, pacing, and progression • Work with product metrics and formulate gameplay hypotheses • Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, artists, and developers during early production stages

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
  • Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games
  • Participation in developing games or prototypes from scratch (R&D / pre-production)
  • Experience working on at least 5 game projects or prototypes
  • Experience creating and maintaining game design documentation
  • Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, balancing, and player motivation
  • Strong knowledge of the mobile games market and current genre trends
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work in a fast iteration environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Russian and English - must have
