• Design, implement, and maintain the agent harness • Build the systems we use to run and reproduce experiments • Own environments, tooling, and repeatable runs • Partner with security and evaluation engineers on their workflows

• Own the architecture and long-term technical strategy for RapidFort's Build Platform. • Design and operate highly scalable distributed build systems capable of producing and maintaining thousands of production-ready container images. • Build automated systems for image creation, validation, signing, publishing, and lifecycle management. • Improve build performance, scalability, reproducibility, reliability, and operational efficiency. • Design automation that eliminates manual engineering work while improving developer productivity. • Develop internal tooling and platform services using Python, Bash, and modern cloud-native technologies. • Solve complex Linux, dependency management, networking, container, and build-system challenges. • Drive engineering standards around software supply chain integrity, reproducible builds, and platform reliability. • Partner closely with Platform Engineering, Security Research, Product Engineering, and Infrastructure teams. • Lead architecture reviews and influence technical decisions across multiple engineering organizations. • Mentor senior engineers and help raise the technical bar across the company. • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify systems, improve reliability, and reduce operational overhead.

• Build and scale Vannevar’s centralized authentication and authorization platform, including tenant isolation across customer environments—from development through classified deployments. • Own the internal self-service platform for user, group, and permission management; partner with Design to deliver intuitive administrative experiences for developers and mission teams. • Build tooling and visualizations that help developers, administrators, and mission users understand and validate access permissions. • Own and evolve Vannevar’s platform management interfaces, including the feature flag system, to support new products and customer needs. • Partner with product engineering teams to build shared authorization and resource-sharing capabilities across the platform. • Shape the long-term roadmap for the Security Platform team by driving scalable platform capabilities and improving the developer experience.

• Ensuring development tasks are completed according to established technical standards. • Supporting the Product Manager in coordinating team activities in the area of technological solutions. • Collaborating with other teams to design optimal solution architectures. • Ensuring high team efficiency by identifying and mitigating obstacles in the development process. • Monitoring ongoing work and assisting in resolving technical issues. • Supporting team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.
