• Write and refine prompts for image generation • Generate batches of images in different styles and visual directions • Review and filter images based on defined artistic and quality criteria • Select images that match style, composition, and quality requirements • Identify visual issues related to lighting, color, composition, anatomy, materials, and style • Apply artistic judgment when comparing and ranking visual outputs • Organize and label selected images • Define and apply rules for consistent visual selection • Compare image outputs and choose the strongest options • Provide structured feedback on visual quality and style consistency • Document your work so others can reuse your selection rules and visual criteria

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Strong understanding of visual quality, including lighting, color, composition, style, and overall aesthetics
  • Background or strong interest in illustration, design, photography, digital art, animation, or visual arts
  • Ability to review large numbers of images with consistency and attention to detail
  • Ability to explain visual decisions and turn them into clear selection rules
  • Good visual taste and ability to notice subtle issues in images
  • Comfortable working with repetitive image review and selection tasks
  • Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and digital art styles
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with AI image generation tools
  • Experience with visual curation, image annotation, datasets, or QA
  • Portfolio with relevant work in design, photography, illustration, digital art, animation, or generative art
  • Basic understanding of prompts, references, and how they influence visual results
  • Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, or simple automation tools
