• Handle support requests (N3 troubleshooting, environment monitoring and assessment, version and vulnerability analysis) • Participate in incidents and resolve issues related to support and projects • Escalate and follow up support and project tickets with vendors • Lead and execute technical activities related to support and project delivery • Prepare and present technical support and project documentation
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PAM/PAS solutions – CyberArk
- Experience in Access and Identity Management
- Experience with Privileged Access Management
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Solid experience supporting critical production environments
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Technical knowledge of networking (advantage)
- Knowledge of security products from other vendors (advantage)
- Desirable certifications: CyberArk Defender PAM
