• Design and operate the GCP cloud platform foundations, owning the full lifecycle of infrastructure and security. • Automate everything via Terraform and Ansible, eliminating "snowflake" servers and manual console configurations. • Maintain and scale GKE clusters, managing workloads, network policies, and cluster lifecycles. • Strengthen our security posture by implementing least-privilege IAM, image scanning, and SOPS-based secret management. • Optimise CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build and GitHub to ensure high-quality, secure code deployments. • Enhance observability and incident response through OpenTelemetry and OpenSearch to ensure 24/7 platform reliability.

• Provide day-to-day technical direction to DevOps resources at Intive and CyberCommand. • Define clear scopes of work, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for vendor-led infrastructure. • Review vendor work product for quality, consistency, and adherence before production. • Track contractor utilization and output, surfacing under-performance or scope creep. • Own the GCH AWS footprint across SCR, UBID, and RBM, including API Gateway and supporting services. • Maintain infrastructure-as-code standards, ensuring reproducible, version controlled, and auditable environments. • Drive cost visibility and optimization across all environments, reporting to engineering leadership. • Own the security posture in partnership with security stakeholders. • Own the Auth0 tenant configuration and operational health across all GCH platforms. • Manage customer identity provider integrations, establishing repeatable integration processes. • Own the end-to-end CI/CD strategy across all product lines, aligning with QA acceptance gates. • Define and maintain the observability stack for platform health visibility. • Lead incident response and post-incident reviews, ensuring actionable runbooks and procedures. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support release velocity and quality gates. • Provide input into planning for a potential in-house GCH DevOps team.
