Your task will include: - Project Management: - Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies. - Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals. - Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. - Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates. - Quality Assurance: - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Plan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria. - Customization and Collaboration: - Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements. - Facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions. - Technical Acumen: - Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team. - Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress. - Resource Management: - Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams. - Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum. In order to be successful in this role, you will have: - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle. On your first month in Fever: - Familiarize yourself with company business, procedures, and team dynamics. - Conduct an in-depth review of ongoing projects and their status. - Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members. - Begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes. After 3 months in Fever: - Successfully lead at least one project from initiation to completion. - Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements. - Further strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. On your 6th month in Fever: - Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with different teams to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation. - Implement process improvements based on the review conducted during the third month. - Continue to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic vision of the company. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical). - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
