• Manage key student opportunities and scholar engagement activities, including the NEON Alumni Board, Student Advisory Board, and scholarship program nominations. • Partner with the Director of College Access to support the College Access Mentors initiative in SY26-27. This includes managing TF Mentors, supporting the development of content and resources for the College Knowledge course, monitoring program implementation, and evaluating key success metrics. • Assist with the logistical coordination of the Carnegie Merit Scholars Program, virtual and in-person admissions events, and Honor Society operations. • Provide students with transcript access support upon course completion. • Work collaboratively with our Communications team to highlight student opportunities and success stories.

• Prepare company valuation models and merger models as well as advanced financing models • Prepare business plans and produce strategic analyses and corporate presentations • Quickly familiarize yourself with new industries and business models • Prepare and execute transactions • Independently manage subprojects • Support the due diligence process both substantively and logistically

• Quantify synergies and value creation opportunities during buy-side transactions; assess carve-out requirements and operating costs of standalone entities. • Identify areas of operational entanglement to be managed through a defined separation workplan on sell-side transactions. • Advise on the scope and commercial terms of transition services agreement structures. • Advise clients during post-deal execution, including synergy capture, integration planning, performance tracking, and operational transformation. • Contribute to report writing and presentation development, creating structured, client-ready deliverables with guidance from VP’s and Directors. • Engage with clients under supervision, presenting key insights and building strong, trust-based relationships. • Take ownership of workstreams and help manage day-to-day delivery across multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment • Communicate insights effectively through compelling data visualizations and presentations. • Support project planning, internal workflow management, and day-to-day client interactions. • Operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.

• Own relationships with a portfolio of printers/vendors across the United States. • Work closely with printers to ensure every order moves through production successfully. • Solve production issues with a printer and coordinate inventory. • Help recover delayed orders and improve processes. • Work with Tech to eliminate manual work. • Drive performance from your portfolio of printers by building strong relationships and reducing operational issues.
