• Own relationships with a portfolio of printers/vendors across the United States. • Work closely with printers to ensure every order moves through production successfully. • Solve production issues with a printer and coordinate inventory. • Help recover delayed orders and improve processes. • Work with Tech to eliminate manual work. • Drive performance from your portfolio of printers by building strong relationships and reducing operational issues.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar relationship management role.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
