• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring packaged petroleum, oils, lubricants, and chemical products to support military end-users and sustainment operations. • Ensure mission readiness by balancing technical compliance, cost-control strategies, and supply chain reliability. • Procure packaged petroleum products, oils, lubricants, and chemicals critical to military operations. • Utilize Qualified Products Lists (QPLs) and Product Item Descriptions (PIDs) to identify approved sources, match part numbers, and verify rigorous technical compliance. • Develop and execute category-specific pricing strategies, cost-control measures, and procurement plans to maximize budget efficiency. • Track commodity fluctuations, industry dynamics, and market trends to drive data-informed purchasing decisions. • Conduct comprehensive market research and statistical analysis to evaluate product feasibility, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks. • Prepare, issue, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), bid packages, and supplier evaluations. • Lead negotiations and evaluate supplier proposals to secure optimal terms while meeting strict operational, safety, and technical requirements. • Oversee supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery, strict regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality. • Identify opportunities to leverage supplier relationships, improve the total cost of ownership (TCO), and streamline the procurement lifecycle.

• Research and preparation of draft occupational hazard classification reports for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). • Research and preparation of draft occupational exposure limits (OELs) and acceptable daily exposure (ADE) values report for APIs.

• Conduct on-site Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) across a variety of property types (multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality) • Perform PCA field evaluations in accordance with ASTM E2018-24 standards and ESA site reconnaissance in accordance with ASTM E1527 standards • Evaluate structural systems, building envelope and roofing, MEP systems, fire and life safety systems, and site improvements • Conduct environmental site observations to identify potential Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Historical RECs, and Controlled RECs • Observe and comment on general compliance considerations, including accessibility (ADA) • Document conditions with representative photographs and detailed field notes • Review available property documentation, including maintenance records, capital plans, historical environmental reports, and regulatory data • Conduct interviews with property managers, owners, and site personnel to gather condition and operational history • Identify and evaluate observed deficiencies, deferred maintenance, environmental risks, and life-cycle considerations, including anticipated repair and replacement needs • Support review of regulatory databases and historical records as part of the ESA due diligence process • Prepare or support PCA and ESA reports that meet client, lender, and agency requirements within established timelines • Contribute to development of Immediate Repair Needs (IRNs) and Replacement Reserve cost estimates, including multi-year capital expenditure (CapEx) tables • Assist in preparation of ESA findings, including identification and documentation of RECs and related conclusions • Manage multiple concurrent assignments and meet defined deadlines • Coordinate with internal project management and scheduling teams to confirm site access, timelines, and deliverable requirements • Support proposal inputs and scope development as needed • Collaborate with environmental, structural, and MEP specialists on multi-scope engagements

• Facility Outreach: Identify and reach out to gyms, clubs, training centers, academies, and other athletic facilities across Texas that align with our student-athlete profile. • Run Discovery Conversations: Understand each facility's programs, athletes, and goals, and clearly explain how partnering with Texas Sports Academy benefits their athletes and their business. • Close New Partnerships: Move interested facilities from first conversation to signed partnership, including proposal, terms, and onboarding steps. • Onboard New Partners: Get every new facility set up with the resources, referral process, and points of contact they need to send families our way successfully. • Maintain the Relationship: Own the ongoing partnership with every facility in the portfolio. Check in on a defined cadence, share updates, address issues, and make sure each partner feels supported. • Track Partnership Performance: Keep clean records of every partnership, monitor referrals and outcomes by partner, and share regular reporting with leadership on what is working and where to invest more.
