Communicate with clients during the "processing phase" to ensure a 5-star experience. - Process Documentation: Assist the Principal in building and maintaining a permanent Operations Manual by documenting workflows and creating templates as the business scales. Qualifications - Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Loan Processor for an Australian Mortgage Brokerage. - Software Mastery: Experienced in ApplyOnline, MyCRM, and lender portals. - Policy Intuition: A strong understanding of standard lender requirements (e.g., identity verification, payslip analysis, and living expense categories). - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English.
