Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, or French.
- Professional English communication skills for meetings, written feedback, Slack, and day-to-day collaboration.
- Experience with taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.
- Experience with data labeling, annotation, or data validation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.
- Ability to follow detailed labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience reviewing high-volume datasets.
- Experience supporting localization or multilingual content.
- HR/job taxonomy knowledge
- SQL or Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
