• Perform initial screening of inpatient charts to identify DRG optimization opportunities and risks • Conduct high-level clinical and coding assessments focused on principal diagnosis, procedures, CC/MCCs, and sequencing • Identify documentation gaps, unsupported diagnoses, and coding misalignment impacting DRG assignment • Triage and escalate validated opportunities to Clinical Coding Analysts (CCAs) for deeper review • Apply standardized screening workflows and DRG methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and productivity • Clearly document screening decisions and rationale to support downstream workflows and audit defensibility • Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume review environment • Collaborate with CCAs and leadership on best practices and workflow improvements • Identify trends, risks, and process gaps to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Responsible for providing overall support to the stop loss practice by working closely with other specialty practices, stop loss carriers and local account service teams. • Creates reporting to analyze results from stop loss insurance placements. • Supports the collection of data from multiple sources to provide credible and reliable performance data to both internal and external stakeholders. • Participates in vendor and stop loss carrier meetings. • Coordinates efficient work flow between local services teams and various internal systems. • Coordinates a variety of special projects such as benchmarking and book of business reporting. • Supports clinical risk consultants with projects and claims data reporting. • Negotiates with stop loss carriers to ensure most competitive rates and coverage for clients. • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams • Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families
